Team sends you 2-3 sample hampers, lock one & confirm delivery mode (hand delivery or shipping), and customization (logo/company name).
Partial payment for confirmation.
Team sources items only after amount is paid

Balance (50–70%) → before dispatch

Shipping/Extras → actuals, billed at dispatch
